Literally the slowest shipping online. Ordered shoes over two weeks ago and have yet to receive a tracking number or an ETA

I ordered a shirt 10 days ago and it still has not shipped. Support says it takes 1-7 days to fulfill a order when I email them. Their website was the only place that had the size I needed but i’m starting to think they don’t have it in stock either.

Worst service ever. I bought 9 pairs from the Netherlands. 1 pair was shipped fast within 4 days. Once it arrived i paid ofcourse the importfees. €75. Keep this in mind. I opened the box and they send a box with 1 shoe US 8.5 & 1 shoe US 7.5, i ordered US 8.5. Now they send me a UPS label to return and i lost 75€ over a pair of shoes i never received. The story continues. They also cancelled 3 pairs. In the end they still sent the other 5 pairs. Im very affraid they will also contain wrong sizes. All in all don't order here. Their service is very bad and don't think in solutions. I bought for 1.6K sneakers, this is not the service you expect.

As you can see the store is not willing to solve this issue above. They are just protecting themselves, stating the issue i mentioned already above

My shoes came in perfectly in like 2 weeks nothing wrong happened they notified me and kept updated I was reading the reviews and was unsure but the updates help me feel good I totally recommend buying from here if you are from the US

The store did not ship out my purchase even after 10 days I made payment. The customer service personnel was extremely nasty and rude. I will avoid this store at all cost!

Some low skilled scammers have met together and they decided to rip people off through a website..They did..and they called it BODEGA

Wow where do I begin? I ordered a shirt to be delivered to the UK and the following day I receive an invoice from UPS saying the parcel is in the UK ((16 hours after I placed the order so I think superman must have sent it) and they want £144 import tax - a third of the value of the shirt!

Bodega stated the value on the invoice as $470 when it had cost $453 including shipping. I don't know what they have to gain by lying on the invoice but it makes them look dodgy or inefficient.

When I contacted Bodega about the inflated shipping costs they went straight into defensive mode and were very rude and aggressive. They said if I don't pay the import duty I would not get a refund and also wouldn't get the shirt. They were just trying to use bully tactics on me but luckily I paid with Paypal, who eventually sorted out a refund.

They sell some good clothes but it's not really worth the risk! My advice would be use Paypal and if you are not happy with their invoice or import tax don't sign for the parcel. In the end I was refunded by PayPal and the jacket went to abandonment meaning Bodega never got the jacket back . All down to really bad customer service

Horrible online shopping experience at this store. Product detail pages DO NOT STATE that discounted items are final sale, and it IS NOT shown in the checkout flow even though support staff state it is. The Returns FAQ is poorly worded and does not make this clear. This is not the norm with other online retailers. Extremely inflexible support staff completely unwilling to help find a solution. Do yourself a favor and find a merchant that cares about their customers -- AVOID BODEGA.

I bought a pair of shoes and they came in on time and in perfect condition i took one of the good reviews i saw and took their advice to take all the negative comments with a grain of salt and I did! i love my shoes and the price was so much cheaper than anywhere else 100% recommend:)
